Milford Sound Scenic Flyover

Enjoy this spectacular scenic flight to Milford Sound departing from Queenstown Airport. With Complimentary pick ups and drop off, you can sit back and relax as we take care of the whole experience for you. 

Our flight departs out of Queenstown airport and our standard route will fly over Skippers Canyon around the front side of Coronet Peak, Queenstown's oldest commercial ski field. From there we take you over past Mt. Earnslaw and Pluto Peak famous for the parts they play in the Lord of the Rings films. On this spectacular flight, we go all the way out to the Olivine Ice Plateau and the Barrier range before heading towards Mt. Tutoko and into Milford Sound. We fly right out to the coast before coming back in and over Milford Sound showing you amazing views of Mitre Peak, Lady Bowen Falls, Stirling Falls to name a few. From here we depart South West and over to Sutherland Falls and Lake Quill, the iconic lake and waterfall off the Milford Track. We then go back via lake Erskine a beautiful blue lake seen only from the sky. Finally we head up one of the multiple valley's that lead back onto lake Wakatipu and follow that back to Queenstown airport. We promise you will not be disappointed in this 80 minute flight with us.
