Full Description

Our most popular ride. Spend 3-4 hours riding the Hāwea and Wānaka Trails and enjoy some of the most stunning scenery in the area. Surrounded by Mountains on all sides, you will cross plateaus that meander along the side of the rivers.

Follow the Hāwea River down to Albert Town and enjoy a stop at the Pembroke Patisserie (closes at 2 pm) for coffee and cakes or even lunch. Returning to the bridge, you then pick up the path alongside the Clutha River and follow the trail all the way to Wānaka, through the Outlet and into the town, where the bikes will be picked up from you when you have finished your day's riding.

Meeting Point

Meet outside the Wānaka i-Site at 103 Ardmore Street. You will be picked up by an NZBiketrails luxury shuttle.

Please be there 10-15 minutes before your pick-up. If you are parking a car, there is free unlimited parking currently available on each side of Pembroke Park (parallel to the lakefront) and also further away from the town along the lakefront.
