check_in_details: Please arrive 10 mins before your scheduled departure. There is limited parking at the Wanaka Marina, please consider a short walk from town or if parking is full turn left out of the marina and free roadside parking is available on Lakeside Road (after broken yellow line park next to grass)

restrictions: Track Grading
The Mou Waho track is graded as easy, with a few steeper sections that can be slippery when wet. Please inform us of any mobility concerns or conditions that would make walking uphill difficult and we can often adapt a program to meet your needs. We provide poles upon request.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, or any other force majeure event. The affected party shall notify the other party as soon as possible of the occurrence of such an event and shall use all reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event.

In the event of cancellation due to a force majeure event, both parties agree to reschedule the activity at a mutually convenient time or provide a full refund.
