Getting to Waiheke Island:

If you are staying in Auckland, please make your own way to the Downtown Auckland Ferry Terminal | 99 Quay Street.

You can book your reserved ferry tickets with Island Direct www.islanddirect.co.nz for the 9.15am from Auckland and 4.15pm ferry back (unless you'd like to stay longer on the island). You can arrive 10-15mins before departure.

OR,

You can catch the 9 am Fullers ferry sailing from Auckland - Waiheke Island (Matiatia). These seats are not reserved and you are required to line up 30-40mins before departure (in peak season).

On arrival, one of our tour guides will be holding up a signboard with your name on it to welcome you to our beautiful island home - look out for your name!

Sample Itinerary:

8:15 - Arrive at Downtown Ferry Terminal | 99 Quay Street to purchase your tickets for your 9 am sailing to Waiheke Island.

9:00 or 9.15am Depart Auckland on a ferry sailing to Waiheke Island, or email us to arrange a pick up from your Waiheke accommodation (conditions apply).

9:45 or 10:00 - Ferry arrives at Waiheke Island

9:50 - Tour departs

10:00 - Explore our querky Oneroa Village with a coffee in hand! (coffee is not included in the price of tour)

11:00 - First vineyard stop for wine tastings

12:00 - Second vineyard stop (food pairing wine tastings)

13:00 - Vineyard lunch stop (shared platter lunch + glass of wine)

15:00 - Fourth vineyard stop for wine tastings

16:00 - Tour concludes – Ferry sailing back to Auckland
