There is a minimum number of travellers for this experience. If the minimum isn't met and we need to cancel, we will offer a different date/experience or a full refund.

Terms 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – WAIHEKE WINGS
1. General Information
The tours outlined are operated by Waiheke Wings in conjunction with partners and
other suppliers as noted in the tour descriptions. All prices are in NZD and include
GST. A fuel surcharge may apply in addition to listed prices. Most major credit cards
are accepted.
2. Operational Flexibility
Waiheke Wings will make every effort to deliver the advertised products or services.
However, we reserve the right to modify the method of transport, route, or services
for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, aircraft
maintenance, or operational requirements. Waiheke Wings is not responsible for
any additional costs due to delays, cancellations, or changes arising from this
clause.
3. Third-Party Services
When a portion of a tour or service is provided by a third-party supplier ('tour
inclusion'), Waiheke Wings is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from
that part of the tour, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. Timings and Connections
Waiheke Wings cannot guarantee exact departure or arrival times and is not liable
for missed connections to other services.
5. Price Variations
Prices may be adjusted due to significant increases in fuel or related supplier
charges.
6. Baggage Liability
All baggage and personal belongings are carried at the passenger’s own risk.
7. Children’s Fares
a. Children under 2 years travel free.
b. Children aged 2 to 11 years are charged 75% of the adult fare (provided at
least two adults are on the flight).
c. Passengers aged 12 and over pay full adult fare.
8. Passenger Weights and Flight Requirements
Passengers must provide combined body weights when booking. If any individual
passenger weighs more than 100 kg, this must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Failure to do so may result in flight cancellation due to aircraft weight and balance
limitations and may incur extra charges. A minimum of 2 or fewer passengers per
flight may result in rescheduling or changes to the departure time or date.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
a. If your flight is cancelled due to unsafe weather or unplanned maintenance,
you may choose between a refund or rescheduling.
b. If Waiheke Wings cancels due to weather, the group booker may:
a) Rebook the experience anytime within 12 months of the original date, or
b) Receive a gift voucher equal to the booking value, valid for 12 months
from the cancellation date.
9.1. Scenic Flights and Transfers (for bookings with 2 or fewer passengers):
c. 6 days or more: no charge
d. 48 hours to 5 days: 50% charge
e. Less than 48 hours or no-show: 100% charge
9.2. Package Deals:
f. 14 days or more: no charge
g. 2 to 6 days: 50% charge
h. Less than 48 hours or no-show: 100% charge
10. Group Bookings and Private Charters
Full payment is required at the time of booking for group bookings of 3 or more
passengers or for private charters. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the
event will receive a full refund. After this period, the full amount is non-refundable.
11. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, if the original recipient cannot use the
voucher, it may be transferred to another person.
