Bay of Islands Snorkelling

You can be picked up from either Russell and Paihia wharves with your trip begining with a briefing of what the trip will bring, the 35 min journey out to the snorkelling spots of Deep Water Cove (Rahui reserve so no fishing allowed)  travelling out you'll pass many islands along the way getting a commentary from the passionate team guiding you.  After getting suited up, entering  the water is super easy with the drop down platform, even getting out is a breeze, fish galore and so many different varities your jaw will be sore from smilling. Onto the next spot, a massive big swim through archway with super colours and a scenic underwater garden, enjoy feeding the fish with their natural food, so a super close encounter.  As you get out of the water there is a hot fresh water rinse off and a cup of instant soup to warm you up. Main season a choice of a morning or afternoon 3.5 hour trip is availible and off season a 4.5 hour trip with an island stop on the way back. All good quaility gear is provided and floatation noodles for those not so confident in the water.
