Your journey begins at our base in Te Awanga, travelling by vehicle across the historic Cape Kidnappers Station, a working farm and New Zealand's largest privately owned wildlife sanctuary. Along the way, your knowledgeable guide shares the fascinating history of the station, local Māori culture, and the unique wildlife that calls this special place home.

There are several stops at spectacular lookout points, offering sweeping 360-degree views across Hawke's Bay—perfect for photography. As you reach the main plateau, you'll be amazed by the sight and sound of thousands of gannets nesting just metres away.
