Our office is located at 30 Main Road, Franz Josef. We are in the building next to The Landing Restaurant. Please check in here 15 minutes prior to your trip departure time.

Additional Information

Please wear closed toe shoes for the walking track. We do our best to keep your feet dry while on the tour. We also recommend packing a light snack for the trip, which you can bring along in our provided dry bags.

Age restrictions: Children 3–17 years are considered for child rates and may join with adults. Fitness requirement is moderate, enough to paddle for a few hours and, for Kayak & Walk, navigate a short rainforest trail (about 500 m).
