Stand Up Paddle Boarding and Sea Kayaking with Moana Paddle Nelson should be a great experience, but like all outdoor activities there are risks involved. Our staff are trained to maximise your safety and enjoyment, however some factors are beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, the effects of the wind, tide and resulting sea conditions. Each hire, lesson or guided tour will involve a suitable introduction to your equipment and paddling technique and will set parameters of hire or tour location, best route, safe areas and expected weather and sea/tidal conditions. All in the hope of making your experience as enjoyable as possible!

In ticking the box I hereby accept and acknowledge the risks and potential hazards involved in this activity and will not hold the company liable for any losses.

I am over 16 years old (parental or guardian authorisation and active supervision is required if participants are under 16)
I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may effect my ability to participate in, and/or impact on the safety of other guests or Team Moana Staff.
I have had explained, and agree to the limits put in place by staff at Moana Paddle Nelson.
I agree to pay for loss or damage to the equipment caused by reckless and irresponsible behaviour.
I acknowledge that by ignoring or non compliance with any of the above may impact on my ability to participate in any or all activities offered by Moana NZ SUP Ltd t/a Moana Paddle Nelson.
These terms are subject to rights and remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 2003.
