Behind the Scenes Film Location Tour - Half Day

This tour is suitable for everyone. Whether you are a film buff, photographer, nature lover, or just want a relaxing day out, this tour is for you!

Stories and secrets will be shared by local guides who have great insight into the filming of The LOTR, The Hobbit, X- Men origin, Mission Impossible, Top of the Lake, One Lane Bridge, Willow and many more.

We take great pride in being the only company allowed to access the actual filming locations on Arcadia Station in the Paradise Valley.

Spend time experiencing the historic township of Glenorchy, visiting the wharf, famous red shed and war memorial

You will learn about the regions rich history, Maori culture, and enjoy an easy nature walk into 12 Mile canyon.

Encounter stunning ancient beech forest, braided rivers and glacier carved valleys as you roam through World Heritage Listed – Mt Aspiring National Park.

You will experience some of the worlds most incredible scenery as we travel along the famous Glenorchy road.

Explore the unique flora and fauna and get up close to birdlife and animals. Discover the absolute beauty of the Dart River Valley, Paradise and The Mt Aspiring National Park.
