Twin Falls, Wanaka-Mt. Aspiring Road, Wanaka
Meet us at the waterfall. Drive approximately 20minutes from Wanaka towards Mt Aspiring National Park. After 20minutes, you will see 2 large waterfalls on the left. When you go over a cattle stop, you will be directly in front of the waterfalls. Turn left immediately after the cattle stop and you will see a WELCOME TO WILDWIRE sign on the gate. Wait here, your guide will meet you at the gate at your designated time.
If you hit a gravel road or the Treble Cone skifield road, you have gone too far.

Minimum weight is 40kg and maximum weight is 110kg - this is determined by our safety equipment restrictions and Work Safe regulations which we are bound by
Our max. measurements for our harnesses are 100cm waist, and 70cm upper thigh – call us to discuss this or for clarification.
Minimum height is 120cm.
Minimum age is 12 years (please call to discuss for children under 12).
You may book groups of up to 8 on our daily tours. For bookings of groups 8+ please contact us directly at [email protected].
Please be aware that a harness weight restriction of 110kgs applies. Our max. waist measurements for our harnesses are 100cm, and the upper thigh is 70cm – call us to discuss this or for clarification.
What to Bring
Sturdy walking shoes are required.
Full bottle of water.
Active wear is recommended. Dress for the weather. (No jeans!)
Snacks if you are booked on an afternoon tour and tend to get hungry! A small snack will be provided.
Bring small cameras at your own risk. (GoPro mounts are available on some helmets).
Full refund if cancelled up to 48 hours before activity starts.
Good weather is required for this experience. If we need to cancel due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund.
There is a minimum number of travellers for this experience. If the minimum isn't met and we need to cancel, we will offer a different date/experience or a full refund.
Health and Safety
All participants are required to read and sign a "Risk Disclosure" form at arrival, prior to taking part in any "Adventure Activity" by NZ law.
