Location Information:

Please be at the boat 15 minutes before we depart to check in and grab a seat. We leave on time. 

Barbary yachts are located at Berths 9 & 10, Redoubt Street, Taupo Boat Harbor, Taupo. You can access the Taupo Boat Harbour from Ferry Road (off Lake Terrace, at the southern end of Tongariro Street), Story Place, or Redoubt Street. 

You will find Sail Barbary located in front of STIR Cafe, a little dark grey converted caravan cafe.

Look for the tall white and green blade flag with ELECTRIC YACHT in white on it; this is where you need to meet.

Berth numbers are on the dark grey bollards in front of each boat. Do not Google the numbers, as you will be sent to the wrong place. 

Minimum numbers apply: There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative boat, date, or full refund.

 

Additional Information

What to Bring: Dress casual, comfortable, and warm (layered clothes work best), windproof/showerproof jacket, swimwear and towel (during summer), sunglasses, and hat.
Accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, Stroller accessible, Service animals allowed, near public transportation

Good weather is required for this experience. If we need to cancel due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund.
