Is the escape room scary ?

Not at all. In fact, its designed to be whimsical and family-friendly.

What is the recommended minimum age for participants?

14 years and above. Children aged 10 to 13 years old can also play without an adult, but an adult is required to drop them off and pick them up.

What happens if we don’t solve the escape room in time?

Staff will unlock the room and let you out, and you’re invited back to try again another day.

Can we take photos or videos inside the escape room?

No, bringing cameras or phones inside is not allowed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if cancelled up to 24 hours before the activity starts.

What should I wear?

You are advised to wear smart, casual clothes and comfortable shoes or slippers.

Can we park on-site at Confinement?

We have three designated car parks located just outside the front door of Confinement Escape Rooms for our customers. Please note that these car parks are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are exclusively reserved for our customers during the duration of their booking. In the event that our car parks are full, there are alternative options nearby. Oruanui Street is a short walk and provides no parking limit.

What do I need to bring?

We recommend bringing your reading glasses, hat, sunscreen and water bottle.
